Residents in an industrial estate in Hobsons Bay have received an apology from the council for distress caused by previous correspondence that was seen as an eviction notice.
The Herald Sun reports this morning that the letter states the council does not wish to see anyone become homeless, and that no further enforcement steps would be taken until residents’ individual circumstances are clarified.
