A bid to block the release of IBAC’s Operation Sanditon report has been launched in the Victorian Court of Appeal.
The Australian reports today that property developer John Woodman is seeking leave to appeal an earlier Supreme Court ruling denying his bid for an injunction.
If the request is granted, it could be months before the report is released.
The Australian’s report also suggests an action in the High Court might be mounted, which could delay the report’s release.
