The Riverine Grazier reported that Mayor Carol Oataway confirmed the termination, and acknowledged David’s service to the shire.

It’s understood the decision took effect last week, with the Mayor saying the specific circumstances surrounding the termination will remain confidential.

Mark Dowling has been appointed as interim General Manager while recruitment for a permanent replacement gets underway.
