Redland CEO resigns: Redland City Council CEO Andrew Chesterman has resigned after seven and a half years, effective at the end of this week. Liverpool war of words continues: Liverpool Mayor Ned Mannoun has labelled Local Government Minister Ron Hoenig a “hypocrite” and called for his resignation. He made the call while speaking to the Daily Telegraph, after the release of a report alleging widespread dysfunction at the council, which will be investigated through a public inquiry. The Daily Telegraph
