Strathbogie Mayor Cr Laura Binks has issued a statement today calling for decisive action from the Minister for Local Government, Melissa Horne, in response to a recent municipal monitor’s report on the council’s governance issues.
The call comes after two failed attempts to conduct a mayoral election, because a quorum could not be achieved or maintained.
