Greater Geelong City Council has today announced the appointment of Ali Wastie as its new CEO.
The appointment brings to an end a drawn out process, delayed by a Local Government Inspectorate enquiry and the appointment of State Government monitors.
Ms Wastie is currently the CEO of Bass Coast Shire, which has announced today that its process to find a replacement has commenced immediately.
