South Australia’s Burnside Council has revealed one of its councillors has been caught up in the donation return crisis.
The council has announced that Ted Jennings is no longer a council member as of Friday 10th February, pending a potential appeal to SACAT.
In a statement, the council said the position will remain vacant while any appeal process takes place. Mr Jennings has until 20th February to submit an appeal.
